Beginners Series Spring 2008

Beginners Series

Beginners Series are the best way to begin a yoga practice and are great for those who could use a refresher course. Learn the basics of yoga in these fun and informative classes with your favorite Yoga Yoga instructors.
Beginners Series are $99 - this includes all classes of the series as well as helpful handouts.

We offer Beginers Series in Hatha, Ashtanga and Kundalini Yoga.

Add an Unlimited Pass on to your Beginners Series for only $25 extra.
This pass will allow you to practice as much yoga as you want for the duration of the Beginners Series. Ask the Front Desk Staff for details!

Hatha Yoga Beginners Series classes meet twice each week and last for 75 minutes, with the exception of our Saturday series which meets once each week for 2.5 hours. Read more about Hatha Yoga.

Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Series are offered on weekdays or Sundays. The weekday series meet twice a week and last 90 minutes. The Sunday series meets once a week and lasts 3 hours. Read more about Ashtanga Yoga.
