HATHA FLOW INTENSIVE TEACHER TRAINING AT YOGA YOGA
Now Accepting Applicants for the Summer 2004 Program
Austin, Texas - (March 8, 2004) Yoga Yoga's Hatha Flow Intensive, featuring
senior teacher David Moreno, begins July 23 and consists of four 20-hour modules,
providing 80 total hours of advanced training towards the 500-hour Registered
Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification. The 80-hour program includes Techniques and
Practice Module with David Moreno, July 23-25; Teaching Methods Module with
David Moreno, July 30-August 1; Teaching Practica Module (Various Instructors),
Aug 7- 22; and Special Topics Module (Various Instructors), Aug 7-22. While
some modules may be taken individually, the program is designed as a holistic
and balanced unit, best experienced through experiencing all four of the modules.
The Hatha Flow Intensive is open to yoga teachers and student-teachers with
a solid background in Hatha yoga, who have at least 200 hours of basic training.
Classes are offered at Yoga Yoga North at 2167 Anderson Lane, where students
experience yoga training in one of the nation's largest yoga studios. The cost
for all four modules is $995, or students can choose the payment plan option,
which requires a payment of $349 per month for three months. Individual modules

David Moreno (Featured Instructor)
David is well known for his dynamic and challenging teaching style. He has taught
at international conferences, universities, and retreats worldwide, and serves
as a guest instructor for various yoga teacher training programs. David began
practicing yoga in the late 70's, studying the Iyengar and Ashtanga styles of
yoga. He is currently an initiated student of Ayuervedic & Tantric teacher
Dharmanidhi Sarasvati, studying the primordial Tantric roots of the yogic tradition.
David is also a Certified Pilates instructor. When not traveling, David teaches
in San Francisco and the surrounding area.
Mark Uridel
Mark Uridel, RYT is a Yoga Yoga Teacher Trainer in the areas of asana sequencing,
injury prevention, anatomy, and yoga therapy. He is a Hatha, Ashtanga and Partner
Yoga instructor who has been studying yoga for over 18 years. Mark is a Licensed
Physical Therapist and a Certified Kinesiology and Pilates Instructor as well
as a registered Yoga instructor.
Gloria Uridel
Gloria Uridel, RYT began studying yoga in 1996. She has studied Ashtanga yoga
with Tim Miller and vinyasa flow yoga with Doug Swenson, Shiva Rea, Beryl Bender
and Baron Baptiste. Gloria teaches and trains in the areas of Ashtanga, Vinyasa
Flow, and Partner Yoga.
Aaron Wheeler
Aaron Wheeler, RYT has been practicing yoga since 1992. From May 1997 to March
2003, he taught classes and workshops in Chicago, IL, where he completed teacher
training programs at The Temple of Kriya Yoga and the Moksha Yoga Center. Aaron
now teaches classes at Yoga Yoga in Austin, Texas.
