Yoga Sales & Service Staff
The ideal candidate is well versed in the styles of yoga that we offer, has a long-term yoga practice and loves to share the benefits of yoga with others. Prior customer service, retail or sales experience a must as is the ability to work evenings and weekends. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, team player who also possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Duties include sales, managing busy class sign-in periods, answering the phone, center upkeep (including making Yogi Tea by the gallon!), data entry and record keeping, organizing the retail area and classrooms and all cash handling duties. Must love to work with others and thrive on student interaction. It is highly recommended that you have attended class with us and are knowledgeable about yoga and the particular styles we offer. Full-time Center Manager
The Center Manager ensures an exceptional student experience while sustaining the health of the business. This position is accountable for the center’s yoga and retail sales, staffing, operations, budgets and physical upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate has:

• A background in business management, retail or otherwise
• A passion for yoga and the ability to share that enthusiasm and knowledge with staff and students
• Proficiency with computers and exposure to software and programs required to manage a business
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with students
• The ability to train, mentor, motivate, supervise and give feedback to staff
• Initiative, organization and strong communication skills
• Flexibility in regards to scheduling—nights and weekends are a part of the varied schedule
• Ability to teach yoga is a plus!

Designer: Project-based Opportunity
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing designer who also possesses strong production skills, an excellent design eye, attention to detail, and a familiarity with yoga. Duties include basic layout, updating designed flyers and being a support to our graphics team. This opportunity is on a project by project basis only. Must be an expert in all Creative Suite programs, able to work on the Mac platform and be available to work at our offices at Yoga Yoga North on Anderson Lane during normal business hours. Online Marketing Specialist
Yoga Yoga is looking for an Online Marketing Specialist to join our team of professional yoga enthusiasts out to make a difference in the practice of yoga and support people to live healthier lifestyles. This person will be responsible for a broad range of marketing initiatives, including:

• Implementation of SEM and SEO campaigns
• Development of online templates
• Execution of email marketing campaigns
• Collaboration with the creative team to produce successful digital campaigns, emails, landing pages, banners, etc.
• Web site analytics and metrics

Required skills include:

• 2+ years online marketing/digital experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
• Email marketing and online survey application experience
• Proficient in Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS, Facebook and Twitter
• Some ASP or other web programming experience a plus

Sales Representative – Yoga Yoga at Work and Other Specialty Programs We’re looking for 2 trained, experienced sales professionals who have active yoga practices. If you are ready to try to find right livelihood, come sell for Yoga Yoga. Our yoga-related services are now being marketed to large and small companies, and various state and federal agencies locally. We sell wellness, health and joyful lives for people who work in organizations all around Austin. Our current client list includes: IBM, Texas Guarantee, Austin American Statesman, Texas Department of State & Health Services, Texas Mutual, BAE Systems, Arthocare and Bazaarvoice. You must have a proven track record of success in business-to-business selling, a strong passion for yoga and have a personal understanding of the benefits yoga can bring to the individual. Job Responsibilities include generating new accounts through cold calls and following up marketing offers, identifying leads, contacting and setting appointments with prospects, exploring and identifying needs, and matching the needs of prospects with the range of services we offer. In this role you will take personal responsibility for the care of the account from closing and retention through the long term growth of the account. This is a 100% commission position.
