What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha
Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world.
Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama)
in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and
flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful
actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense
of well-being to the practitioner.
Hatha
Flow uses movement and breath together to produce a "flow" of
postures that lead from one to the next. For more information on Hatha
Flow, click here.

"Hatha allows me to explore the relationship between my breath, my mind,
and my heart. Sometimes those relationships get muddled and within the
peace and quite of my practice I am able to find those connections and
find that I’m a better person for doing so." -Christon
"Hatha
Yoga is wonderful for the mind and body. Hatha Yoga has shown me that
I can make positive changes in my life. I find that I am deep breathing
when stressed and I have better posture. I would encourage new students
to try as many teachers as possible as selection is a personal thing."
